Just did one set of 30 reps HIIT with the barbell. I am off tomorrow so it'll be a day of HIIT! The salmon was delicious. It's taking everything in me to not eat it tonight! But I'll chow down on it tomorrow.
I have moved my resistance on the bike to 3 for the 3rd week. I'm hoping by week 8 I'll actually be able to use the 8 setting! We shall see! I'm loving the way my biceps are getting juicy without needing to be flexed!
