Have eaten an apple and a mandarin orange this morning. Picked up some eggs this morning. We'll see what the day brings. Will probably get on the bike for a bit.

Focus on cutting daily intake of carbs along with exercise.

Thank you. I'm looking to gain muscle. I do weight lifting as well as cardio but my main goal is to get strong, have a six pack eventually.

My biggest struggle is the sweets. I've eaten a piece of carrot cake this morning.

Ate a bunch of baby carrots, apple and orange with two waffles before work. I'm cooking some mahi mahi and will eat that with some baby carrots.
