Hayfield Giant Closing

The Giant Food at Hayfield Center is closing after 32 years. Too much competition from Wegman's, the new Ft. Belvoir Commissary, etc. What would be a good replacement?

Maybe put a store such as a thrift store? Thrift stores seem popular in the surrounding areas.
