The dude, who admittedly doesn't have a problem with his HOA or mgmt co, struggles to compensate for his inferiority complex by glamming on to legitimate post in hopes someone will reply and validate his existence. I can't tell if he gets off more on posting or being posted about? But based on the fact that he has posted over 5000 times to this forum alone, I'm going to guess its his words that he loves to read the most. I have been sucked in and am embarrassed and apologize to the forum. In the future I will try to stay on topic.

about warwick - in talking it over with ppl...........well if you havent seen the show Hoarders then maybe you should - the ppl of that house may have a legitimate physical or mental issue going on that prevents them from honestly beign able to fix or care for themselves/the house. They (starts with an S and ends in -iah) sent me a letter stating my grass was not cut...but it is cut!
They sent me a letter about there being stains on my concrete....but there aren't any!
They sent me a letter about there being "clutter" in my backyard....there is nothing back there but a small storage shed with my little tools in it, that's IT! Nothing but grass! It has ALWAYS been this way! I never even go back there except to cut the grass once a week!
I took date-stamped pictures and made a video of everything they said was "Wrong" and just sent it back to them. They "apologized" and took off the fees they were about to charge me.
I bet they are just sending letters to EVERYONE trying to collect fees, even when nothing was wrong. I asked my elderly neighbor if she got anything; she got a letter for her grass as well....and I cut her grass at the same time I cut mine!!
they are just out for MONEY and are hoping people won't put up a fight and pay the fines. A lot of people in this particular community are immigrants, so they might get scared and think it's a legal issue and will quickly pay it without disputing it because they don't know their rights!

Lived in place were the on site property manager barely showed up for work for a couple of years. The property management firm finally caught on she wasn't showing up. Takes 2 years to figure this out? And I guess the homeowners association board was asleep at the switch for all that time, the no show property manager was smart enough to show up for monthly meetings.. Lot of unhappy condo owners due to all the neglect? Now all these big ticket items in repairs and the condo fee keeps increasing every year at a 10% clip
If the management firm didn't offer to pay back some of the salary of the no show property manager they should have canned the management firm with cause.
What was that local property management firm that the son of the owner stoled millions in condo association funds? Guy went crazy on the run after it was found out.

Sequoia is the worst, just got a letter that my stoop needed to be power washed. Well I have mold growth because of a shitty tree (flowering dogwood)in front of my house that blocks the sunlight, so I don't have a decent yard either. I'm probably going to sell my shitbox TH to the county for welfare housing or some non-profit that will move in a bunch of mental cases or drug addicts in here. Problem solved!

Mold on the stoop? Must be a standard Sequoia violation to kick off the new inspection year. Pretty much everyone in our neighborhood got that violation. Yet the mailbox around the corner is all overgrown with vines, falling apart, yet still sits there, looking like crap, just like last year.
A friend a street over had his tree fall over in last years Derecho. He got a violation notice this spring saying that he didn't get permission to cut it down and had 5 days to comply. Are you kidding? comply with what?
They suck. Pure and simple.

After some review, we determined that the "3 days" and "5 days" were more likely lousy editing than a ridiculous demand - the standard timeframe is "30 days" to comply or "15 days" to complain.
Several other neighbors have lots of clover. Neither of the two I spoke with got a violation notice, and one has a LOT more clover than we have. There was also tons of clover growing around the neighborhood signs and in our neighborhood's portion of the open pipeline area; the neighborhood mowed those this week so they're mostly gone for the time being but should be back soon enough.
About the clover: exactly. It's food. We've seen big, fat bees enjoying the pollen. And even if we WANTED to get rid of it, which we don't, it rains so much around here that it'd be back unless we rip out that whole section of the lawn. Same with the weeds that keep coming back.
Mold on the stoop - I think we have some, but that's one thing they didn't cite us on.
