Yes, and I want a house in Great Falls but I don't want to work for it. Great excuse.
From the NVCC website, ELI Policies and Procedures:
"Academic dishonesty includes cheating, plagiarism, and other forms of dishonorable conduct (see the NOVA Student Handbook for more detailed information). Such dishonesty will not be tolerated. Penalties can range from the issuance of failing grades (on an assignment, an exam, the course) to being referred to the Dean of Student Development for further disciplinary action, including possible expulsion from the College."
It looks like your professor is taking a somewhat draconian position on your cheating. If he's emailed the Dean, it is likely "for further disciplinary action, including possible expulsion". If I were you, I'd throw myself on the mercy of the professor and the Dean and beg not to be expelled. On the other hand, you sure don't sound contrite - just scared that you got caught.
