Alexandria Walmart Incident

I went to Walmart today to return something I brought by mistake. (I was shirtless the whole time) When I return the item the Hispanic lady didn't give me a problem with me being shirtless. But When I went to buy some pepsi, this Indian lady told me I wasn't allow to be shirtless at walmart. Why is she making up rules? Can she get fired if I report her to the manager?

It's normal policy in places of business to require shirts and shoes ( in addition to at least covering up your private parts), dumbshit!
