All in same car? I wonder how someone manages this one, glad there weresome survivors.

One person is dead and three people are in the hospital as investigators try to figure out how a single car crashed so violently it was torn in half early this morning.

The two halves of the car are on separate ramps of I-395 in Alexandria. One half is on the off-ramp to Duke Street, and the other half is on the on-ramp from Duke Street.

Both ramps are closed.
