Make sure you speak broken english and as soon as you see a customer approaching you you run to the back. If the customer does catch up to you act like you don't speak english at all and point to another employee to help them.
Sit and re-stock and dust the same shelf for your entire 4-hour shift since they will only give you maybe 20-25 hours a week at $8 an hour. Chat with your coworkers who speak the same language as you and ignore the customers. Also helps if you're from another country.
Make sure to go on welfare since your check won't support you or your family- you know you're living the high life taking home 150/week after taxes, paid every wednesday.
You'll get the job for sure if you follow these tips!

I knew a guy who was interviewed for a senior position at Wal-Mart back in the 80s. He actually met Sam Walton and Walton asked if he had purchased his suit from Wal-Mart. The guy's response was basically, "are you kidding?"
He didn't get the job.

For all any of you know, it could be an interview for marketing/ownership/anything but in-store associate. I guess I shouldn't expect much outside the box thinking on this site, but there are plenty of people working for Wal-Mart that make quite a bit of money.
