to be turned over to I. C. E. Maybe we can ask Gerry Connolly

City of Fairfax Police Charge Suspects In Robbery
City of Fairfax Police have arrested two suspects in connection with a robbery at King Kabob Restaurant located at 10250 Main Street.
About 10:32 PM on June 24, 2012, the owner of the business reported that after closing the business, she and her daughter began to walk in the parking lot towards their vehicle. She was then grabbed from behind by a man with a knife and a struggle ensued. The suspect then approached her daughter on the passenger side of the vehicle. The daughter dropped two bags she was carrying and ran for her safety. The suspects then fled on foot to the nearby woods with the two bags.
As a result of investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division three felony charges were placed against Jose Manuel Santiago-Delci, 23, of 10324 Layton Hall Dr #220, Fairfax, Virginia. He has been charged with Abduction (Section 18.2-47), Attempted Robbery (Section 18.2-26/18.2-58) and Robbery (Section 18.2-58).
Jose Orlando Garcia Orellana, 33, of 10324 Layton Hall Dr #220, Fairfax, Virginia, was charged with two felonies which are Robbery (Section 18.2-58) and Attempted Robbery (Section 18.2-26/18.2-58).
Both suspects are being held without bond on all charges and have current Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainers on them.

Maybe there is a possibility that ICE can arrange for a plane ride to from whence they came originally or maybe the county can arrange for a long-term billeting arrangement to keep them occupied and off the streets. Either way is fine with me.
