Accident on 495 between 7 and 123

Stay away from the beltway anywhere near 7 and 123 going either direction. Cement truck overturned and several passenger vehicles involved. All lanes closed on both sides of the beltway and only getting by on the shoulder. It'll be a while before they open it back up as they have to finish cleaning up the cement and the rest of the vehicles.

I was able to BARELY AVOID on the outer loop by taking Georgetown Pike to Swinks Mill to 7........................ the side roads all are clear short of the usual slow driving Grandma's that are always out this time of day...
