Pretty much all of them these days just send them out and mark up the cost of the repairs. Look on the Net and find any of the bigger repair shops yourself. You'll get the same thing without the middle man. This is coming from someone who used to do lens repair.

I don't think anyone fixes those Kodak Disc cameras anymore, you may be out of luck.

Unless your camera is very specialist, very new or emotionally important, I'd question whether its worth repairing them these days

Cameras are improving so fast at the moment. I recently replaced a much-loved canon 20d with a 60d and the difference was stunning - so much more sensitive + stabilized lenses that I can take low-light pictures which would have been marginal with flash before. Big difference.

BTW You're going to see a lot of change over the next few years as more compute is added and we move to e.g. lightfield

+1 have used them twice in the last 20 years and they got it right both times on the first try.

I would never buy another camera from photocraft, they sell display cameras as being new, and dont tell the customer. I agree you should send back to the maker for repairs.
