I agree about Kamp Washington being pretty bad.

Route 50 @ Annandale Road is worse.

@Cliftonite - at least they are fixing it. And it only took them 17 years to do it too LoLz
@Kamp - good point. all 3 of those 50 lights - Annandale, Graham and Jaguar. At least there are only 3 though......West St isnt too bad............

Other than the ones listed, I'd also add Reston Parkway and Baron Cameron Avenue.
