Homeless Bicycle Guy Near Reston McDonald's?

What with the begger bicycle dude that has all his stuff tied to his bike. He seems to favor the Reston McDonalds near the Metro Commuter lots.

He goes up and down the trail. I think the trail hobos go through the trash bins behind the restaurants across from Target.

I haven't seen him in months. He must of moved on or rotting in the bushes.
