David Englin, who has represented the 45th District in the House of Delegates for four terms, announced on April 2 he would not seek re-election in 2013, and would focus his efforts on rebuilding trust in his marriage.

He announced his decision at the Alexandria City Democratic Committee.

“In my public role, I have worked hard to serve my constituents and to be an effective, progressive voice in Richmond. But in my personal life, I let down my family and was unfaithful in my marriage, so Shayna and I recently separated,” Englin said in a statement released by his office.

Women got to learn how to keep their men happy. If that means shedding soume pounds so be it. Because so many women in this area are fat it means the in shape women get all the attention from men. Even those with a plain face draw the looks because being in shape is rare anymore outside a gym.

You know, you really come across in your various postings as something of a pig - which you are undoubtedly proud of. I picture you as a fat, balding bureaucrat with a dumpy wife who you wish you had not married.

What makes me furious is that this even matters to people. It is different if the guy's platform is hitched to the idea that he is some puritan, "family values" kind of guy. Most Democrats are not, so what is the big deal?

Lets focus on taxes, spending, the economy, jobs, and quality of life issues. Unless you receive votes for being holier than everyone else and then turn out to be a hypocrite, your private life is irrelevant. As long as he isn't chastizing others for infidelity, he can go bang whatever he wants if he does a good job in Richmond. Same with closeted gay men. You can't bash gays and then get caught with a male prostitute.

As for being loyal to your wife, of course that is important. It is proscribed. Yet, as a dude, and married one, even my wife, with these "oh a politician slepped with some other chick," her response-who gives a fuck? I have the same exact response. While I do not agree with that behavior, as long as they are fucking someone else, rather than us over as they usually do, its all good :)
