Man Exposed Self to Female Near Park Trail

Cranoke Street and Hibner Street in Centreville, March 14, about 1:30 p.m. The victim was walking on a trail near the tennis courts when she saw a man. He turned to face her, exposing himself. No other information was available.
Anybody have any additional info on this one?

It all starts with just exposure, but it usually gets worse until the perpetrator actually assaults someone. Happened in LB a few years ago, turns out the dude was exposing himself for some time, some were reported, some came forward after the assault.

Whenever there's a crime or something bad happens, that strange car is always around. Maybe he's a gang leader, crime lord or part of a sick cult.
