Reston signs?

So the other day I noticed when driving up and down Wiehle Avenue and Sunrise Valley Road in Reston and I keep seeing these signs saying "666 Ways to Make Money". The 6's have dollar signs through them. Some of the signs have someone's face on them, but I don't know whose face it is; I was only able to see it from a car.

Does anyone know what the deal with these is? Who posted them? Do they want me to sell my soul to Satan?

Yeah, I saw one of these pasted over the top of a traffic sign on Wiehle. I was curious as well.

This is most likely the work of Rod Koozmin, local nutjob and career knife sharpener. That face that you saw is also probably Ken Plum, object of Rod's sexual fantasy.

I'm also seeing stickers that are simply "666" with lines through them like dollar signs, the same logo as on the other ones. I saw one today on a trash can outside of SLHS.

I've seen these posters, stickers and faces around Lake Anne plaza, up and down Wiehle, Sunset Hills, Sunrise Valley, Glade, the W&OD trail, and several by the 267 exit on Hunter Mill. Interesting!

Saw the guy's face near Hunter Mill Rd (the exit near the toll road); I recognized them from the pole between Weihle and Sunrise Valley. Oh god they scared me half to death.

On the electric boxes, the guy's face.

I also saw the sign at the intersection of Weihle Avenue and Sunrise Valley; it definately caught me off guard and it is a bit spooky. I did not really understand it. Does anybody have any more information about it? Thanks.
