Welcome to Fairfax Underground, a project site designed to improve communication among residents of Fairfax County, VA. Feel free to post anything Northern Virginia residents would find interesting.
So The NFL commissioner Roger Goddell just stripped the Skins of $36 Million in cap space for front loading last years contracts in an unregulated cap year.
and the hits just keep on coming for the napoleanic midget. on the cusp of drafting a ( potential ) franchise QB, with tons of cap space to fill the roster around him, in one fell swoop the commish spanks lil danny on his tiny backside for not playing nice two years ago.
srsly, only the skidz could be at the door of something good, only to have said door slammed squarely in their collective faces.
I agree that Danny is a jerk, but doesn't it reveal that there was collusion on the part of the owners if they decided as a group how teams can spend there money?
I posted this in the other thread, but it's still worth posting again.
That’s a huge price tag under any circumstances, but Washington pulled the trigger on the deal with upwards of $30 million in projected cap space for 2012 — money everyone expected the Redskins to use to upgrade at several positions, including wide receiver. Monday’s smackdown from the NFL could put all that in jeopardy.
LOL!!! Fucking fantastic.

It does and it doesnt matter they arent subject to anti trust laws. The NFLPA isnt going to challenge the ruling since the money will be given elsewhere

Yeah, I have a feeling a lot of people had that same thought,,,
Has any player in Redskin history done so much damage?
I saw that peice of shit out one night in the RTC when he could not pass his fitness test. He was "making it rain" on a gaggle of young white chicks. He was snapping at the bartenders and they finally got fed up with his bullshit and cut him off. Fat Al then told the bartender he just "lost" his tip, to which the bartender replied, "I dont want your dirty money anyway". Fucking Brilliant!
has long been the good ole boy network, WRT the owners. jerrah pissed off a lot of the old timers when he came around, and lil danny kept that tradition alive when he became an owner.
this is nothing more than the league, owners specifically, getting their collective pound of flesh from both of them. ethically, legally, whatever...aside, that's precisely what's happening here.
since danny has been the owner i've crossed paths with a few former employees of snyder communications, working there before danny bought the skins, and they echo the stories in the media on him being total egomaniacal jackass. case in point - i was told a story about the elevator guy danny fired before his first day on the job was over. reason for being fired, he didnt push the elevator button fast enough for danny, and danny had to wait 3 nanoseconds longer than he felt he should have.

That fat bastard!
Thank god he can't find a job anywhere else. And, most NFL players are in the poorhouse 3 years out of the league.

Fuck you for making me defend that arrogant piece of shit but with all due respect; If your sole job is to hit buttons on an elevator, you had better hit it lickety split when the big boss gets in your cart!
