FCPD New Random "Minivan" Searches at School Checkpoints

So I hear that FCPD is now going to do random vehicle searches at new checkpoints around schools. Anybody got more information?
Something to do about mini-vans getting older and now needed to be randomly inspected to be safe for the public.
I guess they are going to start doing these random checkpoints stopping cars\minivans leaving school areas in the morning to search the vehicles and do safety inspections.

It might have something to do with the new distracted driving crack downs campaigns that happen in the Spring. I wonder if they will inspect the cellphones of the soccer Mom's to see if they have been using their phones while driving.
It would be pretty easy to watch them while waiting in line to drop off a kid and then nail them leaving the school.

No way thats a "Minivan". It looks like a truck. I think it's a Doughnut truck.
They are looking for doughtnuts.

The pic is of the mobile inspection group. They do mobile checkpoints of vehicles.
I think a couple of years ago they did some safety inspections of child safety seats. That was when there was a new safety law about kids a certain age had to be in an authorized car seat. As long as Mom's have the correct safety seats and they are placed correctly there shouldn't be a problem with the police.
