Who's on top, who's on the bottom

Let's vote again.

Okay, time for the early opinions. This will change as time goes on, but now that you have seen them in action, how do you rank the new School Board members? Here they are (in alphabetic order). What do you think? Reorder based on your opinion.

Tammy Derenak Kaufax
Pat Hynes
Megan McLaughlin
Ryan McElveen
Ted Velkoff
Elizabeth Schultz

Overall, except for McElveen, they all seem very unimpressive. But it’s too early to judge. My scores

Ryan McElveen – 8 (seems to have good ideas and is willing to put them out there – surprising considering how young he is)
Ted Velkoff – 6 (put out a good compromise on the military honors issue)
Tammy Derenak Kaufax - 5 (looks like she took the job for the right reasons, but haven’t heard many new ideas)
Elizabeth Schultz – 5 (seems like an angry person, wanted military students recognized which is a plus)
Megan McLaughlin – 3 (talks a lot but says little, seems to really want people to like her)
Pat Hynes – 2 (looks like she is just taking up space and acts as if she thinks she is better than the others)

Ryan McElveen is the son of my 9th grade english teacher. He was a hardcore teacher and I'm sure Ryan learned all about the school system from him.
