Fairfax Station Man has $70K Seized by FCPD

I read about this case last year in the Post.He had gone to court and $35k was returned to him.He has an asian name and he owns 1 or more car washes.According to the article he deposited $70k into a bank account and it was seized by a FCPD Gang Task Force.Anyone have more details on the case?

I don't have a link.It wasn't a full fledged article.Just a one paragraph in a column about various crimes.
