The Bratwurst King of Reston?
Posted by: Dig Ma Brat ()
Date: February 20, 2012 04:04PM

The Bratwurst King is a Reston-based food truck that sells a variety of European-style favorites such as bratwurst, goulash and crepes.

Locations vary, so check The Bratwurst King's website or follow him on Facebook.

Anybody ever ate the Bratwurst from this guy? Any good?

It looks like good food, I am guessing no beer though ?

For the free advertising, how about you take a $1.00 off , or a free drink with a meal for anyone that mentions Fairfax Underground..

Like a product placement tie-in ..

This. It's the least you could do for your cheap ass cheesy attempt at free advertising.

Could you post a picture of your wursts?

Can I get weisswurst?

Can I get currywurst or a cone of pommefrites?

Affiliated with the Mike O'Meara Podcast. After learning that, I want nothing to do with them.

If this is true, odds are they are too fucking stupid to be able to run a successful business.

Sorry, I missed any proof of this. Can you provide a source for this contention? I will be sad if you can...

Just to clarify, I never posted the original message about my food truck. Thus, I do not feel obligated to buy any ad as was suggested. There is only one Bratwurst King: www.thebratwurstking.com

Our food is very well received and we are currently quite busy with private and special events. Look for us on Facebook or Twitter for a location near you.

Sure, bring me 10 other people and you even eat for free. Short of that, not really given discounts.

Seen this truck at the the harley dealer in fairfax during the week sometimes.. not recently cause i no longer live in that area.
Stopped by for lunch earlier in the year. food was good. the owner/operator had a good attitude
if you see his rig at an event or something i would say its worth trying out.
...something new which is always good

Affiliated would indicate a constant business relationship with stated show, which is not the case. We sponsored (that means paid for) this particular episode, in order to attract some of their (often of larger character and known to like to eat and eat well at that) patrons. This is commonly known as advertising based on demographics and for that it was a good match. We have had additional appearances since both the show and their listenerws liked us and our offerings. We like and appreciate repeat business and are enjoying to make people smile with our meals.

We were also featured on the Hater Nation podcast as well as in the Reston Patch, Northern VA Magazive and Fairfax Times. Neither of these "affiliations" have any impact on what and how we cook nor should it make a difference what any of you like to eat or not. But if it does, so be it. Prost, Mahlzeit!
