I'm not believing what I'm hearing on the freely-available FCPD scanner feed... apparently the dummy at the capitol building had his explosive belt filled with donut jelly filling instead of blowy-up stuff, and the rest of it was stashed in Centreville. Is that what they are raiding? Can anyone there confirm?
