BUT HE'S IN THIS COUNTRY TO TRY AND MAKE A BETTER LIFE FOR HIMSELF AND HIS
FAMILY!!!!!!

Burglary/Abduction in Annandale

A 47-year-old Annandale-area woman and her 10-year-old daughter were asleep in their apartment when an intruder entered and attempted to sexually assault the mother.

On Tuesday, March 4 shortly before 2 a.m., the victim awoke to a noise in her bedroom. She saw a man standing at the foot of her bed. The suspect initially made physical contact with the victim on her bed. She was able to convince the suspect to allow her to check on her daughter. The victim and her daughter were able to flee the apartment unharmed and summon help.

Officers established a perimeter and could see the suspect still inside the apartment. They entered and confronted the suspect who initially resisted and was momentarily incapacitated when the conductive energy device was deployed. The suspect was not injured.

Alfredo M. Baxin, 31, of no fixed address, was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention center and charged with burglary, abduction and resisting arrest.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Solvers by phone at 1-866-411-TIPS/8477, e-mail at www.fairfaxcrimesolvers.org or text “TIP187” plus your message to CRIMES/274637 or call Fairfax County Police at 703-691-2131.

They'll give him an apartment on the 107 million affordable housing complex in Annandale, free health care, plus education for his children with a per pupil cost exceeding most private school tuition and with better class sizes.

Alfredo M. Baxin, 31, of no fixed address….

No fixed address is, by default, “ homeless”….and in this example….the newspaper article should read, Alfredo M. Baxin, 31, a homeless man…….

Right???

If he's an illegal alien, sentence him, and when released deport him.

Because deporting him so he can come back and do it again makes much more sense than putting the guy in prison? Deportation = release.

Why does that surprise you? Sounds like they used the proper level of force to subdue the suspect, like they do thousands of times per year. Year in and year out.

Robbery Thwarted
Officers working in a plain clothes capacity prevented a robbery from taking place on Friday, February 29. At about 11:20 p.m. in the Sacramento area, members of the Mount Vernon Neighborhood Patrol Unit observed a disgruntled patron leaving the Mexico Lindo Restaurant at 8786 Richmond Highway. A short time later the same patron returned to the parking lot in a car. An investigative detention of the occupants in the area of Richmond Highway and Lukens Lane revealed that the three occupants of the vehicle had planned on robbing someone from the club. Officers recovered a shotgun, machetes and ski masks. No one was injured.

Alexis Robert Carrillo, 18, of 4320 Gramercy Circle, Alexandria and Cristobal Caballero, 18, of 8001 Steadman Street, Alexandria were arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. A 17-year-old Alexandria-area man was also arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Juvenile Detention Center. All three were charged with robbery and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Carrillo was additionally charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

Interesting (not actually)...that it is assumed these are all illegal immigrants. Assuming they are...and assuming they are found guilty of the crime..of course they should be deported.

If they are criminal aliens or illegal aliens or Hispanic-Americans with recent citizenship, convict them, send them to jail, and deport them.

While the chances are they will attempt to return to the United States, at least they will be in the data bases (Rendition?) and will be more easily apprehended...

Look at these gang members--they're corrupting the North American gene pool!

This is why illegal immigrants who commit crimes must serve time for their crimes..

"A twice-deported Salvadoran immigrant was charged with strangling an acquaintance during a fight Sunday, Prince William County police said Wednesday.

Christian Molina, also known as Jose Maximino Flores-Perales, 30, of 9011 Whispering Pine Court, Manassas, was charged with the murder of 51-year-old Ronald Dean Hollingsworth.

After fingerprinting Molina, police learned that he was deported in 2003 and 2005 because of his illegal status and for criminal activity, Hernandez said."

If the asshole was in jail for his first "criminal activity", this wouldn't have happened.

This one raped another man.

Would it be cheaper for the USA to stick them in prisons built in their own countries? Then we don't have them back and others can stay there and work in the prisons. Bet it would be cheaper to outsource the prisons for illegals and their families.

Which makes it all the stranger that the Board of Supervisors basically lost its nerve and refused to estimate the overall cost of illegals to the county (claiming that it was too hard)

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/11/26/AR2007112601974.html

and then hid the report, such as it was, until after the election

the issue of illegal immigration is an over emotional issue which cannot at the present time be adressed by the population in a sane and rational manner. Politicians trying to do take advantage of the situation usually only suceeed in flaming the hysteria and hatred which results in poor public policy. Perhaps at times good leadership tries to wait until the emotions die down and an issue can be addressed logically.

that is quite presumptuous of you. do you really think people are going to become less upset about it? additionally, the economy isnt doing so well and illegal immigrants are taking away jobs from americans such as construction work and yes, janitorial work and the "jobs no american will do"[sic]. oh, and there are plenty of americans that do "jobs no american will do".

policy you disagree with does not mean it's poor public policy

should we sit around until the number hits 20 million illegal immigrants in the country?

How hard is it for the politicians to understand the word 'illegal' in 'illegal alien'?

Part of the problem is that chunks of big business want the US to be a low wage economy and guess who pays the campaign funds.

How hard is 'Are you here legally? If not, you have to go home'?

The logic seems pretty simple really.

BVote for either one of us and we will make sure LATIN APPRECIAtION DECADE CONTINUES.

Stereotypes are there for a reason. If a culture does not value education and family, this shit does not happen.

LATINS ARE HERE TO WORK> THAT MEANS THEIR CHILDREN DO NOT GET PROPER UPBRINGING AND COMMITT THESE SORT OF CRIMES.

THIS IS NOT TRUE FOR ALL - BUT JUST LOOK AT WHAT IS GOING ON.

I agree, they should deport the illegals, I am a citizen and these illegals make me look bad. One day, I was coming out of a 7-11 with a Big Gulp and some old white man walks up to me and says he will pay me $50 to rake his lawn and bag the leaves. I told him I was a pastry chef not a day laborer. He said-sure you are. I felt violated.

I'm a friend-of-a-friend of the top-pictured dude in the Sacramento robbery bit above. Apparently he comes off as incapable of armed robbery, I am surprised he seriously considered doing it.
