I know the saying is that cops have to get their quota at the end of the month but HOLY SHIT we're there a FUCKTON of police officers on the road tonight. Let's all say prayer and keep on truckin.

Yes they do. My friend told me that he heard it from his brother-in-law whose mechanic's friend works for FXPD.
The amazing thing about their quotas is that they're only valid for the last week of the month. They're made that way so they can say "We don't have monthly quotas", but still piss people off at the end of the month...
