Lengthy diatribes are often a sign of paranoid schizophrenics who have gone off their meds and have become delusional. Think Ted Kusinski. This poor woman may well have imagined the pornography.
It seems strange to me that this couple was engaged in 1977 (presumably married that year or the next) and didn't have children until 1994 and 1996. Few couples wait 17 years to have children.
