Old Subdivision Covenants

Attached is a copy of the restrictive covenants that were in effect in the Hollindale Subdivision in the 1940S.

The sixth covenant is the best one.

Anyone else have any of these for Fairfax?

And what is the difference between Jews and Hebrews??

A Hebrew is someone ho can tribally connect themselves to what is now called the country of Israel.

On the other hand...someone, like say Sammy Davis, Jr. who CONVERTS to Judaism can only call himself a Jew not a Hebrew.

We still have #6 in effect in our neighborhood. No spics permitted either except to cut the grass.

Until my daughter wants to date a black guy...but when we moved into our house in Chantilly, the old HOA covenants restricted us from selling our house/property to "Blacks".
