Head on Collision near the belt-way

Sometime early this morning there was a head-on-collision on the beltway or somewhere really close to it. i was wondering if anyone knew any details because i have not been able to find any

This is the most recent accident i could find, it was started by a head-on collision and it triggered a six car pileup, six people were sent to the hospital and one died this morning (Caroline Petroya, 24), you may have the timing of the accident confused with the timing of the person dying. some drunk asshole decided to take a trip down the wrong side of the beltway, i think he was killed on impact and i hope so because that idiot F-king earned it.

"the beltway or somewhere close to it" describes 64 miles on the beltway itself, plus probably three times that in arterials in two states and the District depending on what "close to it" is supposed to mean.
No clue as to roughly where this collision supposedly took place?

Even if one were to assume the poster means Fairfax county (and any look in the Fairfax forum will tell you that's a dumb assumption), that's still twenty miles of beltway Einstein.
