Helicopter in Fairfax

There was a helicopter circling over the Fair Lakes area last night for over an hour. Numerous marked and unmarked cruisers were in the area as well. Anyone have any idea what the commotion was about?

Was it over Kamp Washington? It could have been over Tippy's Taco House.

It was actually further north, more where Fairfax County Parkway meets Fair Lakes Parkway. What was happening at Tippy's last night?

I think Mike O'Meara and Chad Dukes were there and got into some big fight with some bikers. Apparently O'Meara blew his knee out and had to get it operated on.
