Is the old 'Earth Dog Fred' from WWDC/DC101 FM in the early 80's the very same 'Fred/Eric' with Howard Stern Show on the present Sirius/XM satellite radio show?

Remember "Randy of the Redwoods" from MTV in the late '80's? Some burnt out hippy. Pretty dam funny commercials.

Also, "Beaver Break" from Howard Stern in the early 80's?
