Easy to make the snow day call?

To call a snow day, the decision has to be made by 10:30. If there is no snow by 10:30 there will never be a snow day. you can not go by what the weatherman syas becuase he is often wrong. when there is no snow on the ground by 10:30 it will never happen. This is fact......
It started snowing at 11 am last week. hundreds of kids called Tisdadts house and pranked the, for making them go to school. Remember it started snowing at 11am. Why Is it Tistadts fault for not calling it? It clearly is not his fault. Some little A-hole gets a call back after he gave the number out to the rest of the school to prank the family and the aggravated wife leaves a message she should not have. So now this kid is famous, students want him to run for president becuase he now has a fleeting moment of popularity. Is this the way a student governbment should be formed? Please, stop idolizing this little jerk and put it in the proper perspective. He should be punished, and there should be charges pressed for handing the number out to fellow students. The charge is:
Aggravated Harrassment, This is a real charge and that student should face it.........

10:30 is not a hard and fast rule. The guidelines clearly state "The announcement will be made by 10:30 a.m. whenever possible." I hope I don't have to explain what "whenvever possible" means. Because you start with a faulty premise, it undermines the rest of your statement. There is no aggravated harassment charge. The hang ups and later obscenities are chargable, but the initial call is not.

Yes,because i went to their schools i don't know what whenever possible means. I think they were supposed to teach that but we had a snow day, that day jack ass....

Its a tough call to make.
Basically FCPS has taken on the role of being a day-care provider in Fairfax County and calling a snow day would force a shit load of workers to have to keep the rugrats at home or to call in the day care centers and nannies.
On the other hand, I dont think there has been a single "FULL" snowday called this entire school year. I'm sure the teachers are chomping a the bit to get a day off.
