That Place Where That Thing Happened

I was on that road that crosses that other road (well maybe it was a court or a lane or something); I saw all these cops there...anyone know what was going on?

I believe the incident occurred on one of those asphalt things in front of some sort of domicile structure involving multiple automobile objects. Hominids might have been involved as well...the race sex ethnicity age and terrorist affiliation of the parties involved are currently being withheld by the people who enjoy donuts with colorful flashing lights.

I heard a boom; it was a rather shallow boom though more of a bust...then there was shaking and I saw water. Rain maybe snow hail possibly...god I wish I could just figure out what happened on that road there by that place over there. Damnit if only there were a place I could ask a stupid ass question and get a stupid ass response.
