Police Arrest 11-Year-Old for Burglary


An 11-year-old Burke boy was arrested on Monday, December 31 after he allegedly broke into a home in the 5600 block of Rapid Run Court and assaulted a 19-year-old Ashburn woman. The woman awoke around 6 a.m. to find the suspect in the room. He had touched her inappropriately and fled when she saw him. She was not injured. It appears the rear sliding door was left unlocked.

The suspect was seen entering his home nearby and police responded to question him. The boy was charged with burglary with the intent to commit a misdemeanor and misdemeanor sexual battery. He was released to his guardian.

this kid is a lost cause.

I didn't know that a bunch of 11 year olds were posting here?

First the crime occured in BURKE so we can probably rule out that he attends South Lakes, Oakton, Chantilly or Westfields. Second WAS 12 means the kid is 13 now not 11.

The 11 year old was probably on 6am MS-13 crack binge. Debra LaFave would be so proud of this kid.

He's a 6th grader at my daughter's school in Springfield. He's black and he's been a bully ever since 2nd grade. He was always bigger than the other kids and he was really mean. He pulled my daughter's hair one day passing her in the hall. She had no idea who he was or why he did it. He seemed to have calmed down a little this year but it didn't surprise us when we heard the news. He's going to be really scary in a few years, especially since he's moved up from the school bully to breaking and entering and sexual battery at 11 years old!
