Someone dropped a compact florescent light bulb and there's a Mercury mess that needs to be cleaned up.

Gee, I sure am glad we're moving to the mandatory CF bulbs come this January.

The Dunkin Donuts there closed early due to a power failure, and procedures had the Rt 50 FCPD station close down the CVS to grab the second-rate packaged donuts and Little Debbie cakes.

Motor to HVAC overheated, started a fire in the ceiling. nothing too bad.

Hey Dunce- The only thing being mandated is a certain level of energy efficiency. You will still be able to buy any kind of light bulb you want, including energy efficient incandescent ones.
