Private Investigator?

Does anyone know who this fine gentleman is? Perhaps a private investigator? He and his cohort have been parking in our neighborhood for hours at a time over the past few months without explanation. His cohort will periodically go out for food and/or bring video/camera equipment to this gentleman's car.

totally call the cops. if he still hangs around then he's a PI, if you see him disapear then it was something illegal. if you see him replaced by a cop then he was really onto something.

i wouldn't go talk to him. maybe leave a note around that says "we're watching you too pervert"
