Not an actual live concert but a live concert already recorded on dvd and not right now but after Christmas when it is warmer outside. I already got me a projector last year for Christmas that is capable of projecting an image up to 25ft and this year for Christmas I am going to get a giant inflatable movie screen I just have not decided on what size yet but in my opinion the larger the better. My friend already has the speakers. I already own a dvd player and hundreds of metal dvds.

Is it legal to watch a metal concert in my backyard? It would really suck to set all of that shit up and then for the cops to come and make me take all of that shit down. Obviously I would have to do this at night because it would not work during the day. I am already projecting a 120" image inside the house but that is not big enough for me so that is why I need to take this outside.

The bigger the better. The louder the better. The neighbors already think I am a weirdo anyway and are scared of me so I doubt any of them are going to call the cops on me.

How much is a noise permit going to cost me? Having to pay for a noise permit each time I wanted to watch a concert dvd would really suck.
Why does everything always have to be about money?
I already put this 25ft screen on my Christmas list but I do not know if I am going to get it or not.

I think you need to pay a licensing fee for the dvd if the crowd is so big, even if you dont charge admission. I wouldn't worry about it though.
