Anybody hear about this on the news last night? A Trash truck found a black garbage back with a infant in it.

First of all, who is Shep and why do his/her comments appear and then disappear?

Today's article in the Washington Post confirms that an infant's body was found in the trash truck in Great Falls. I assume the infant is deceased.
