Tiger was going more than twice the posted speed limit and wrecked his luxury complimentary car.

If he were anyone else, he would have been given a reckless driving ticket and required to come to court.

Was the decision not to prosecute Tiger by local law enforcement simply a failure to do their jobs or was he given extraordinary consideration for his celebrity status and his black privilege?
