Electric was the best option in our situation but I think it is a very individual. All depends in the area your live and what type of accommodation you have.

There's a huge thread where we give verbal beat downs on enviro retards who want heat pumps instead of Ready Flame gas heat or stoves when you ask old Ready Flame to get the house warm if it's turned down Ready leaps into action , but the heat pumps suck at this task , as far as water heaters it's easy and much cheaper to change out electric ones, illegals can be of great use to highly paid govt workers to help out at lowest cost, gas water heaters have to have permits by a licensed plumber to pull to replace them or if the house blows you are in deep poop Gas furnaces also must be installed and serviced by licensed heating techs or the same I would say something about gas stoves but I have tar on my hands and can't write other then to say no real chef worth his salt or french cream sauce would prefer to cook delights on a stupid electric stove that takes forever to regulate heat, if your woman wife or boyfriend is lazy they may bitch for a glass top smooth electric induction stove as when you fry your greasy chicken the grease splatters on the burners , then the beans fall in there and burns creating a mess. So it's easy clean up with the smooth top electric stoves but far better chefing with the gas and gas roasts a lot better then electric which is for places out in the country with a out house

Now all you need to know is if you can get GAS DONT BE THE ASS and get a electric drafty cold heat pump that will jack up your bill as far as INFLATION JOE can get it
