What's with the portable electronic traffic signs?

Can some what explain what those signs around Tyson that says "Please just drive!" suppose to mean? As oppose to what?

also stop slowing down to look at every fucking stopped car alongside the road... they need more signs like this in Northern VA... I find myself saying "just drive" a lot... shit like people that don't speed up to merge when there's a car quickly approaching and then I'm stuck behind the fucker and alongside the car that's approaching and have to hit my brakes or speed up on the non-merger's ass and quickly get to the left lane... JUST DRIVE!

That's funny, I think it would just have to the opposite effect where people would try to read and understand the sign.

Talking about merging, I can't stand those drivers who slow way down, almost to a stop when they merging onto the hwy...treating it like a stop or yield sign. YOU NEED TO MATCH THE SPEED OF TRAFFIC TO MERGE SAFELY, SO SPEED UP!!
