To be fair, I don't think he asked (at least there's no evidence to suggest) for free food at Carolina bros and we don't know if he wanted free stuff at Q Company. I bet it was more like "we ant to roll 100 deep" and they were like "we can't handle that kind of traffic." Still, even equating that to a "fuck off" is a dick move. I don't care about basketball or college sports, let alone college basketball and I might jump ship from BOAD to Drab's show.

I tried listening to the Ten Minute Podcast a while back because I like Bryan Callen, but it was 10 min of talking over each other. I couldn't stand it. I do listen to Bryan Callen's other podcast The Bryan Callen show though.

Some of the episodes are hit-or-miss, especially when it's just them trying to one-up each other with braggadocio and self-aggrandizing stories. But the ones where Will is Arnold, Mike Tyson, or Hulk Hogan are pretty damn funny.

100 deep? There is ZERO chance 100 people show up so there is no way they asked for that. They are going to get like 20-30 people. I am 100% positive that Chad asked to be comped. He gets pissed when he isn't comped elsewhere so I'm sure that was part of his 'promotion'.

Yeah, I doubt they call and go "We'd like to bring some guys over to your place as an "event" for our podcast. We'll all be buying food at full price. I just wanted to make sure you were OK with that." And then hear a business owner say no. Of course they don't want customers!

I bet they ask for free food for Chad's group in exchange for "delivering" the customers. Some places probably have no clue who he is, so they tell him to screw.

Dukes has complained about not getting his food and drinks comped a few times, from JFK to Arizona and back again. Auld Shebeen wouldn't even comp him.

Some places? HA! Big O and Dukes haven't been on the air since mid-2009. We're looking at 3 1/2 years now and running. Even when they were on air, they appealed to a very niche market. They could have grown and developed a Junkies-caliber fan base but the bottom line is that it never happened.

As of now, I can virtually guarantee you that more people around here know Chad form “Lavar and Dukes” than “Big O and Dukes”. As soon as Chad tells some owner that he’s showing up with Dick Smokehand and Piss Fishline instead of Lavar Arrington and CK, his comp goes right out the window.

All I can think of right now is Chad giving Oscar and Drab a hard time for using listeners to get a discount and talking about initial pushback from a restaurant when they wanted to do a "Meat Up" (I think he said they didn't want free food and were going to drive business to that place). If they ever lean on anyone for freebies it's listeners (and maybe venues where they're doing an official event, but from what I understand it's not unusual to comp bands alcohol when they play an event). I'm sure if Chad didn't get freebies from the establishment he could easily lean on one of the hangers-on to get them to pay for his meal, so I don't think that this is really the issue.

Ultimately though we don't know what happened with The Q Company, but people are acting like someone posted a firsthand account of how Chad asked for freebies.

Chad has ALWAYS asked for free things in the past and has ALWAYS complained about not getting them when he goes. It is perfectly logical to assume he did it again since he has ALWAYS done it. And that some place told him no and he got all offended. Inf act, it is MORE odd to assume this ISN'T what happened.

Besides Creasy, the gallery / mafia tends to be full of unemployed or barely employed people. Chad always complained about how nobody contributed to his beach weekends or having people at the house.

Chad is a self absorbed one sided asshole. He is the biggest hypocrite when he bashes people for "making it all about yourself". He only sees things on way, and that's his way. He is needy and has to have people follow him around and ride his dick. He is an emotional wreck.

Drab and Oscar are the stand up guys that keep it together.

I'm not talking the peanut gallery regulars, I'm talking the 20-30 other people who come when they do appearances. I am willing to bet that one or two of them would offer up the $10 or so for a plate for Chad. And Chad doesn't complain that nobody pays on the vacations, he holds it over their heads and I think that's the point of paying.

Flab Dukes complained this week about not getting *paid* for his most recent wrestling douche gathering. Not just a complaint about not getting his tab comped, but not getting a check on top of that for bringing a handful of loud losers to an establishment. I think you're partly right..except I think he wants out of being second fiddle to a dope ex-NFLer. Chad clearly has to be the "big man on campus" in whatever he does. It's clear being the monkey boy to Arrington is killing him. What he is failing to realize here is that if it weren't for the fact he was on a station run by a "friend" in CK and such an ass kisser to the Junkies, he'd have been gone LONG ago. He's lucky he's last this long at WJFK. And let's be brutally honest here, it's pretty evident that this is his last stop on a terrestrial radio station. If he loses this gig, it's over Johnny.

The Dukes Rule: It's ok to watch a movie illegally if you buy a ticket and don't go. It'd be interesting to see if the MPAA agreed with that.

$2800? Sounds like he got ripped off even by recent standards. I've seen more than a few M&Ps go for $1700 or so.

Almost every behavior Flab Flukes says he dislikes in women, he exemplifies. A couple nights ago a legit website had a Sig m400 rifle for about MSRP. It stayed in stock overnight. You'd think it would sell out in a second. I think the frenzy is starting to die down.

Just to note, the MSRP for the model it appears Dukes bought is about $1200.
