73 year old man shot at ATM on Annandale Rd near Arlington Blvd. Suspect is young black male in hoodie.

Annandale was such a wonderful place in the 50s through 80s. Is now is shithole ghetto. If you still live in Fairfax sell while you can and GTFO.
