Hey rickies I was checking out this hurting crib with mah boy and there's no way this place was in Reston. It was a show. Does Reston have Section 8 housing or something?

Every place in the Fairfax County has section 8 housing. They spread it out equally in all the districts.

Reston and Springfield/Mt. Vernon are two areas of Ffx. Co. with the greatest concentration of Section Eight housing. Reston definitely has it's unfair share, that's for sure. If Hudgins has her way, Reston will have a LOT more too. She wants to tear down all of the "Village Centers", and replace them with high rise "Affordable Housing", then resituate the current shops into the bottom levels of these high rise PJs. Go figure, take a hood pandling trick like Hudgins to turn Reston into a look-a-like Harlem.

I agree. Housing should be unaffordable. NoVa doesn't have enough rich folk anyway.

She is going to have a hard time with that. Reston has a master plan and high-rises outside of the Reston Towne Center are not permitted by Reston covenant. Not to mention that all the rich retired Restonites would never let that happen. They value their precious country clubs, golf courses, tennis courts and pools way too much.

Reston residents recently went all bug eyed on a millions of dollars to re-design the creeks because a couple of trees would be cut down. Residents demanded that each tree be premarked and pre-approved by residents. You can even cut down a tree on your own property with getting approval from the Reston board. Even house door colors must be approved.
