Subway is pretty good. I like getting a pound at Giant and making my own. Buy some nice hogie rolls and some dijan mustard and there you go.

Believe it or not, 7-11 sells very tasty tuna sandwiches. Wegmans tuna in a plastic tub isn’t bad, either.

It is worth spending an extra dollar or two on a pound of a tuna. Whole Foods is the best in my opinion. Always fresh and tasty. Giant is good but whole foods is great. Grey poupon and a little mayo on a sub roll.
