Maybe some interest and higher court costs, but it is not a big deal. Even before the current Commonwealth Attorney took office.

If you are white you pay the fine. If you are black, you don't have to pay.

Can u have a traffic ticket “dismissed” yet still be liable for fees/court costs?!??

If so, is it state or county level that determines it?
