I am compiling a list of cars and trucks that are being driven on the roadways with snow still on the roof, hood, and deck lid.
If I see a violation, I will submit to to law enforcement, the license plate info, year, make, model, location of violation with time stamped photo.

It's too cumbersome for me to clear snow from my Prius. All I need to drive is a tiny hole wiped in the windshield with my hand as I don't own any of those fancy tools for clearing snow. And to the OP, laws are racist so we don't care about following your racist agenda!
