Cheap Apartments to Rent

Does anybody know a fairly decent apartment in the nova area that is fairly cheap but not too cheap with roaches and poor tenants. Not to luxurious but not to crappy.

You might have to consider finding a room mate or renting a room in a house. It requires sacrificing your dignity, but beats searching to no end for an "affordable" apartment in Northern Virginia.

Are you looking for something close to where you work or go to school like GMU?

Dont get hung up on the included utilities. Unless you are planning on moving in a bunch of buddies and not including them on your lease. Otherwise you will be paying for someone else who does.

Nova is a big area. If you worked in say Alexandria and found a place in Reston you would have one hell of a commute.
