old store corner of Lee Hwy (West) and Holly

Would anyone know why the latter day version of the old hippie head shop that was located there closed down? seemed like it was surprisingly there for most of the 2000's. Last year seemed like an attempt at a Farmer's Market or vegetable stand but that didn't last long and now the building and land up for sale. Some old timer owned the property and leased it to the hippie like store and he passed away and now the heirs have the land up for sale?

Yes. My mom used to live off of Holly Ave...that little building has appeared to have many different businesses in it over the years. I've never stepped foot in there, so maybe it was all the same establishment with different decor/junk out front, but who knows.

Last week I drove by the place that the girl was advertising on here a while back, and it was closed. Yeah, same place as you're thinking.

I've never understood hippie shops.

Hippies don't have free cash to blow. They are too busy buying bread, cheese and charcoal for the $1 sandwiches.

Didn't there use to be an old(er) house with a big sign that said "restaurant" on it near there? I remember passing that place a lot as a kid and even then it was closed.

dirty jersey think that place was further east on lee hwy. i remember when the place was open i think it was roughly about the same area as the new shopping center along there where the Ledo's pizza is

i think it was an old house converted to restaurant situated very close to the road and was white in color
