Overall, Centreville really isnt such a bad place but the London Towne community looks like fucking District 9... all shitty and full of aliens.

Not only crime to others but to themselves. Last week I heard of a guy that hang himself from the rear of a deck. His single mom girlfriend was flagging the driver from engine 438. It took for ever because the caller was so ghetto that could not explain where the attempted suicide was located.

Yeah mostly London Towne and the library area according to the maps and that is where the illegals live and breed. I saw this weekend the shopping area where the Giant is located has hired a guard to chase off the illegals that migrate from the library area over to that shopping area. I usually don't go shopping there but there were a lot of them, maybe thirty in front of the library.

Its a shame they hang out by the library looking for day jobs. With the new condos across the stree from the library, the neighborhood is trying to improve and go upscale. I think its time to bus those people down to the 7-11 on Elden St in Herndon...

That neighborhood is so fake. They have a bunch of wanna'be be Bloods and Crips roaming the area, it's pathetic. Stonegate makes "Londown Towne" look like McLean.

Most of the posts on this thread are ridiculous. There is very little crime in any of the London Townes. The townhouses are great starter homes for families or singles. The posted map does not mean anything because it does not have a legend i.e. no information. They are well-kept and the values steadily increase. A huge plus of London Towne and London Towne West off of Route 29 is the landscaping. There are lots of trees rather than a bunch of houses crammed into a given space.

I'm glad I moved out of that area over 1/2 dozen years ago. I was at "ground zero" for nightly helicopter action.

There are two parts of Londown Towne. There are the semi-nice townhouses close to 29, then there is this 1960's-era crazy architecture trailer-park-looking place closer to Giant. I've always wondered about the 60's part. Looks really run down.
