Massive amount sof COPS blocking entrance about 10 from regular FCPD and undercover cars. Whats going on?

Actually metro cars are allowed to have tinted windows. I know someone who went to court and had it thrown out because its LEGAL! I have had my windows tinted for 5 years now and have yet to wake up in the morning on the way to work because of the sun. So go out and tint your metro windows.
