Did you guys put your parents in a nursing home?

My dad is almost 65 and although I appreciate everything he did for me as a child, he causes nothing but fights. I’ve thought about living separately but the thought of abandoning him is daunting. What did you do with your parents as they aged and began to interfere with your inner peace.

Look for a way to make your peace now in this life.

Restrict your conversation to only those topics which you know will not set him off. Let him win all the arguments. If you know he wants things done a certain way then do those things the way he wants them done.

I feel your pain but you only have one father. The pain is worth the trouble.

Maybe it's time you move out of your dad's basement, stop sponging and pay rent and live your own life. Has it ever occured to you that you are causing the problem not your dad?

That's not true. The real theraputic use of My Pillow is a tool that puts greedy sick fuck adult children, who try to kill their loving parents,out of their miserable existence. There is special place in hell for these (adult) children and it is run by Democrats.
